1. Return Eligibility (15-Day Policy)

We accept returns within 15 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as received
  • The item must be in its original packaging
  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required

Items returned without meeting these conditions may not be eligible for a refund.


2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Final sale or clearance items
  • Gift cards
  • Items damaged due to misuse, wear and tear, or improper handling
  • Personalized or custom-made items (if applicable)

3. Return Process

Once your return request is approved, we will provide further instructions.


4. Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost return shipments.


5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We will resolve the matter with a replacement or refund at no additional cost.


6. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method
  • Refunds may take 5–10 business days to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider

If your refund is denied, you will be notified by email.


7. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you need a different item, please return the original product (if eligible) and place a new order.
